The track and field prodigy’s road to success has just begun and his latest update is a testament to the same. In a recent announcement, Miller revealed about joining hands with the California-based eyewear company, Oakley. Labeled “The future of fast”, Miller is now sharing the same pedestal with that of Patrick Mahomes, Kylian Mbappe, Shohei Ohtani, and other iconic stars. Both Patrick Mahomes and Kylian Mbappe have their signature series of sunglasses from Oakley.

Back in 2023, Oakley launched the fourth set of premium sunglasses in collaboration with Mahomes. As per reports, the latest edition will feature the Resistor and the BXTR. As a matter of fact, this is not the first instance of Oakley teaming up with a US track and field star. Back at the Paris Olympics, Oakley was a sponsor for Fred Kerley, who donned the state of the art sunglasses in his Olympic journey. Well, as Miller embarks on a new journey off the field, the young track star also broke quite a few records recently.
Christian Miller’s record-breaking act

When Christian Miller signed up for the Pure Athletics Spring Invitational in Clermont, Florida, little could anyone imagine what was coming. However, as the race began, Miller looked like a bolt from the blue as he started to whizz past his opponents one by one. And in no time, Miller was at the finishing line, taking only 9.93s to reach there. While such a phenomenal performance came with a lot of praise from the critics and fans, it also led Miller to break several records.

Miller became the youngest person ever to run the under 10s time. He is now also the fastest U20 American sprinter breaking the record of Trevor Bromell. Bromell, who clocked a time of 9.97s back in 2014, held the pole position till now, before being dethroned by Miller.

The whirlwind of a race also propelled Miller to the third place in the all-time World U20 list. The teen titan from America just has Letsile Tebogo and Issam Asinga’s time to beat in order to enjoy the caveat at the head of the table. Thus, with things seemingly going perfectly for Christian Miller, fans cannot wait to catch him in action in the days to come.
